Fees and Consultations
We believe clients should understand the cost of legal services before any work begins. Every engagement with our firm is confirmed in a written fee agreement.
Initial Consultation
An initial consultation lasts approximately forty-five minutes and costs $150. If you engage the firm for the matter discussed, that amount is credited toward your fee. During the consultation, an attorney will review your circumstances, explain your options, and describe the next steps.
Please bring any relevant documents, such as existing wills, deeds, account statements, or business agreements.
Flat Fee Services
Many of our services are offered at a flat fee, so that you know the total cost in advance.
Will based estate plan
from $1,200 for an individual, $1,800 for a married couple
Trust based estate plan
from $2,400 for an individual, $3,200 for a married couple
Business formation package

Estate plan review and update
from $450
Hourly Services
Matters that are less predictable in scope are billed hourly. These include contested estate matters, ongoing business counsel, and complex estate administration.

Associate attorney
$240 per hour
Paralegal
$125 per hour
We provide a written estimate before hourly work begins and send itemized statements each month.
Payment
We accept checks, credit cards, and bank transfers. Payment plans are available for flat fee estate plans upon request.
Scheduling
Consultations are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with evening appointments on Thursdays until 7:00 pm. Virtual consultations are also available.
